Summary

The field of Andrology and male genito-urethral reconstruction continues to evolve rapidly, driven by advances in surgical techniques, biomaterials, and a deeper understanding of functional and aesthetic outcomes. This special issue of the Canadian Journal of Urology brings together leading experts to highlight contemporary perspectives and innovations addressing erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, male urinary incontinence, urethral stricture disease and complex genital reconstructive challenges. Our goal is to provide readers with state-of-the-art updates, practical insights, and evidence-based approaches that improve patient care. We hope this collection stimulates discussion, collaboration, and further progress in this important subspecialty of Urology

This special issue of the Canadian Journal of Urology focuses on practical advances in Andrology and male genito-urethral reconstruction with direct relevance to daily urological practice. The aim is to provide clinicians with updates on the evaluation and management of erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, male urinary incontinence, urethral strictures, and complex reconstructive procedures. Emphasis is placed on surgical techniques, decision-making strategies, and outcomes that enhance patient care.
